1Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

3Eligibility

• You are accessing PKR999 from a jurisdiction where use of the platform does not violate any local laws applicable to you personally.
• You are not a PKR999 employee, contractor or immediate family member of a PKR999 employee.
• You are acting entirely on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion or cooling-off period that you have previously requested from PKR999.
• You have not previously been permanently excluded from PKR999 for any reason.

4Deposits & Payments

PKR999 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

4.1 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit on PKR999 is Rs 500. There is no standard maximum deposit limit for most payment methods, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. 5.2 Processing Times

Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically completed within 5–15 minutes. Withdrawals to bank accounts via IBFT may take up to 24 hours. PKR999 processes all withdrawal requests as quickly as possible and aims to clear the vast majority within 30 minutes.

5.3 Verification Before Withdrawal

7Betting Rules

PKR999 settles on the official result if one is awarded by the governing body.

7.4 In-Play Betting

In-play bets are accepted subject to live data feed accuracy. There may be a short delay between an on-field event and the update of in-play markets. PKR999 is not responsible for bets placed based on information the player had access to before PKR999's systems had time to update the markets. In-play bets cannot be cancelled once accepted.

7.5 Maximum Winnings

8Casino & Slots

8.1 Game Outcomes

All PKR999 casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical random outcomes overseen by trained dealers. PKR999 does not interfere with or influence game outcomes.

8.2 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure during a game round — such as a disconnection or server error — the round may be voided and the stake returned, or the round may be completed from server-side records when sufficient data exists to determine the outcome fairly. 8.3 Progressive Jackpots

Progressive jackpot amounts displayed on PKR999 are updated in real time and are accurate at the time of display. Jackpot wins are paid in PKR at the amount shown when the jackpot is triggered. In the unlikely event of a display error, the jackpot amount confirmed in PKR999's server logs is the authoritative figure.

8.4 Casino Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within each game before play commences. PKR999 reserves the right to adjust casino bet limits at any time without prior notice.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on PKR999. Breach of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balance:

• Opening more than one PKR999 account or playing through an account registered to another person
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information at registration or during verification
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors or pricing anomalies to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes
• Engaging in or facilitating match fixing or any form of sports corruption
• Attempting to launder money or use PKR999 for any other unlawful financial purpose
• Abusing the PKR999 bonus system through systematic low-risk staking patterns
• Harassing, threatening or abusing PKR999 staff or other players through any channel

10Account Suspension & Closure

PKR999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Common reasons for account action include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or prohibited conduct
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
• A formal request from the account holder to close the account
• A self-exclusion request made through PKR999's responsible gaming tools

10.1 Balance on Closure

Where an account is closed at the player's own request or due to a voluntary self-exclusion, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days. Where an account is closed due to a terms breach or confirmed fraud, balances may be forfeited subject to investigation findings.

10.2 Player-Initiated Closure

PKR999's total liability to any player in connection with any single claim is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

14Amendments to These Terms

PKR999 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, PKR999 will notify players via a notification within the platform or by email to the address registered on the account. Continued use of PKR999 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
